تاریخ تحویل مورخ 25/2/90

موارد خواسته شده

1- پلان ها با مقیاس 100/1

2- ترسیم مقاطع و پلان ها با مقیاس 50/1 (4 نما و دو مقطع عمود برهم از قسمتی که دید خوبی داشته باشد)

3- ترسیم پرسپکتیو بامقیاس 100/1 حداقل از دو جهت کسانیکه از دوجهت بیشتر ترسیم نمایند نیازی به ترسیم نما نمی باشد

موارد فوق حدالامکان در کاغذ فابریانو بصورت آلبوم تحویل شود

بارم بندی

1- تمیزی و ارائه 1 نمره

2- آلبوم نمودن 1 نمره

3- رعایت نکات ترسیم فنی 2 نمره

4- رعایت اصول و نکات مبانی طراحی 3 نمره

5- ترسیم نقشه و ایده 4 نمره

6- ترسیمات نما و برش 3 نمره

7- ترسیم پرسپکتیو 3 نمره

8- امتحان کتبی 6 نمره

جمع کل 23 نمره

در این پروژه کلاس معماری A ساختمان مسکونی 8 واحدی در 4 طبقه و یک طبقه پارکینگ و انباری بطوری که در هر طبقه 2 واحد منظور شود

در این پروژه کلاس معماری B ساختمان مسکونی 12 واحدی در 3 طبقه و یک طبقه پارکینگ و انباری بطوری که در هر طبقه 4 واحد منظور شود
